La comunicazione è un funzione intermedia. In epoca di disintermediazione sempre più spinta (anche dalla pandemia!) forse lo scenario comincia a cambiare anche per le vecchie ed inossidabili Pubbliche Amministrazioni che giungono oggi, pensate un pò, anche alla certificazione online* !
Il passaggio dovrebbe essere naturale e per una volta invece di inseguire il privato che (almeno per i brand più intelligenti) è già lì, dare strategia e corpo a una nuova comunicazione sociale per gli enti pubblici dovrebbe essere una operazione non dico semplice ma quantomeno entusiasmante per chi, e ce ne sono tanti, si pensa ancora un civil servant (all’anglosassone) ed oggi è, spesso, purtroppo, solo, un Don Chischiotte.

Communication is an intermediate function. In an era of increasingly pushed disintermediation (also by the pandemic!) perhaps the scenario is starting to change even for the old and stainless Public Administrations that come today, just think, even to online certification *!
The transition should be natural and instead of chasing the private sector that (at least for the smartest brands) is already there, giving strategy to a new social communication for public government should be an operation, not to say simple but at least exciting. for those who, and there are many of them, still think of themselves as a civil servant (to the Anglo-Saxon) and today they are often, unfortunately, only, Don Quixote.
